An employee complained that her colleague tried to kiss her even after she told him to stop. This happened at a bar AFTER a work event—it was not a work function of any kind. What is our responsibility?

Your responsibility does not necessarily change because of when or where the events she alleges occurred.  The employee is still raising allegations of unwanted conduct coming from a colleague.  You need to conduct an investigation and address the allegations.
